This notice explains what personal information FreshT Digital Hub collects through freshtai.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

FreshT Digital Hub is a trading name of Olufemi A Awoyemi, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are the "controller" of the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect and why

Bookings and purchases: your name, email address, the session or product you choose, your appointment time and any answers you give when booking. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; we never see them.	To arrange and run your session or deliver your product, send you the video-call link, and keep the business records the law requires.	Contract, to provide what you booked or bought. Legal obligation, for tax records.
Emails and feedback you send us: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.	To reply to you and deal with your enquiry. If you send feedback and tell us we can publish it, we show your chosen name and your feedback on this website. We never publish your email address.	Legitimate interests, or steps before entering into a contract if you ask about our services. Consent, for publishing feedback.
Technical data: your IP address and browser details when you visit the site.	Our hosting provider uses this to deliver the website securely. Google uses it to supply the website's fonts.	Legitimate interests in running a secure, working website.

Please do not include patient information, client data, passwords or other confidential details in an email, booking or feedback.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our videos are hosted on this website, not on YouTube or another video platform.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers to run our business:

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and provides our domain name service.
Beacons runs our booking and checkout pages. Payments are processed by Beacons' payment providers.
Google LLC runs our email (Gmail), calendar and video calls (Google Meet), and supplies the website's fonts.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Links to TikTok and Instagram take you to those services, and their own privacy notices apply when you use them.

How long we keep it

Bookings and purchases: kept for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, because HMRC requires us to keep business records.
Published feedback: for as long as it appears on our website. After you ask us to remove it, we delete it within 30 days.
Emails: kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we need them longer for a legal reason.

Your rights

You have the right to:

ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
ask us to correct information that is wrong
ask us to delete your information
object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
withdraw your consent to publishing your feedback at any time
ask for your information in a portable format

Children

Our sessions and products are for adults. Please do not book, buy or send us your details if you are under 18.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
